Booking

All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation

No cancellations, but reschedules are welcome

Reschedule requests must be made before your booking date

Your door code will be sent 12 hours before your session

Your code activates 15 minutes before your session and turns off 15 minutes after

Overtime is billed in 30 minute increments

Access + Arrival

Enter through the back door

Park in the back lot, in front of the building, or along the side

There are no painted lines, so please do not block other vehicles

Street parking is also available

Report any damage or issues immediately upon arrival

Group Size

Standard bookings accommodate up to 8 people

Groups larger than 8 require event pricing

Event pricing is quote-based; reach out to get a proposal

Studio Rules

No glitter, confetti, powder, smoke, flames, or messy props

Do not stand on the cyclorama wall curve

Use two people to move rolling walls or seamless paper

Do not alter walls, fixtures, or large furniture without approval

Keep music at a respectful level

You are responsible for the studio during your booking

Security cameras monitor main studio areas and exterior doors only; there are no cameras in bathrooms or changing rooms

Studio Reset

Leave the studio exactly as you found it

Return all furniture and props to their original locations

Trash in bins, floors clear, surfaces wiped down

Vacuum and quick mop if needed; supplies are in the rolling cart

Magic erasers are for the cyclorama wall only

Set the thermostat to 68 degrees before you leave

Lock all doors on your way out

Cleaning + Damage

A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio requires cleaning after your session

Any damage to the studio, equipment, props, or furniture is the responsibility of the renter

Damage fees will be assessed and charged accordingly

Memberships

Memberships require a 6 month minimum commitment

Month to month after the initial term

30 days notice required to cancel

Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over

Sessions are capped at 4 hours per day

Members receive 25% off all studio services and priority scheduling

All membership bookings follow the same studio rules and reset policies above
