TAYLORED + STUDIO BY TAYLORED Terms of Service GTJI, LLC Effective Date: May 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by GTJI, LLC, operating as Taylored and Studio by Taylored ("we," "us," or "our"), based in St. Louis, Missouri. By engaging our services, booking studio time, or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TAYLORED AGENCY SERVICES

1. Scope of Services Taylored provides social media management, content creation, brand strategy, and related services. Specific deliverables, posting schedules, and pricing are outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Payment Terms All services require payment in full before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. Autopay is preferred and may be required for ongoing retainer clients. Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in a pause or suspension of services. A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all social media management packages.

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable. Early termination of a minimum-term contract may result in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract term.

4. Client Responsibilities We may need timely access to your social media accounts, brand assets, and feedback to deliver your services. Taylored is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from client delays.

5. Approval & Revisions Content will be submitted for approval before publishing unless otherwise agreed. Revision rounds are limited to what is outlined in your service agreement. Excessive revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property All content created by Taylored remains the property of GTJI, LLC until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for its intended purpose. Taylored reserves the right to feature client work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place. Clients retain ownership of all original assets provided to us.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategy, pricing, and creative direction, unless required by law.

STUDIO BY TAYLORED

8. Studio Bookings Studio by Taylored is available for hourly rentals, monthly memberships, and event bookings. All bookings must be confirmed and paid in full to be secured.

9. Payment Terms All studio bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Memberships are billed monthly and require a 3 to 6 month minimum commitment. Membership hours do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

11. Studio Capacity Standard bookings allow a maximum of 8 people. Groups larger than 8 require event pricing. Exceeding the capacity limit without prior approval may result in termination of your booking without refund.

12. Studio Care & Conduct The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. All props, furniture, and backdrops must be returned to their original positions. Damage to any studio property will be billed at full replacement or repair cost. You are responsible for the conduct of all guests present during your booking. Smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti, and illegal activity are not permitted on the premises.

GENERAL TERMS

13. Limitation of Liability GTJI, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or studio. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTJI, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with any signed service agreement or booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and GTJI, LLC.

17. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

18. SMS Program Description By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from GTJI, LLC DBA Taylored & Studio by Taylored. Messages may include booking confirmations, account notifications, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing messages such as promotions and special offers.

19. Opt-Out You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, you may re-submit your consent at any time.

21. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Neither GTJI, LLC nor its affiliates are responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier.

22. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission and is not guaranteed.

23. Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from GTJI, LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

24. Privacy Policy Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://links.ivorey.io/widget/form/7aeeMZjvcSk8RsLvYX9L. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your phone number and messaging consent.
